What is your Circle?

Your Circle is the group of people you trust with access to the policies and documents you keep in Hoovalu.

Who to put in it

Invite the people who should be able to find what you keep here: a spouse, a child, a parent, a sibling, a close friend. When you invite someone, you pick how they relate to you. That label is only a description. It gives them no access by itself.

What they can see

Nothing, until you share it. Joining your Circle shares nothing automatically. You choose what each person can see, one policy or document at a time. For the detail, read Access Level Definitions.

How inviting works

On your Circle page, choose Invite member, then enter the person's email address and their relationship to you. We send them an invitation by email. Once they accept, they get their own free account and their own sign-in. Until then they are listed as Invited, and you can resend or revoke the invitation. Pending invitations expire automatically.

You stay in control

Choose Manage access beside someone's name to change what they can see, or to update their relationship. Choose Remove to take them out of your Circle. Their access to anything you've shared ends immediately, and you can invite them again later.
